7. App Permissions

Our application may request the following permissions to ensure proper functionality and improve user experience:

  • Location (android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): Used to record the user's precise location during Check-In and Check-Out from customer or lead visit sites. Location is captured only when the user manually performs a Check-In or Check-Out action and is never tracked in the background without user interaction or consent.
  • Camera (android.permission.CAMERA): Used to capture a selfie photo during Check-In and Check-Out to verify field agent presence at the visit location. Photos are captured only upon user action and are securely stored as part of the CRM attendance record. We do not access the camera without explicit user interaction.
  • We ensure that all permissions are used strictly for application functionality and user experience. We do not sell, misuse, or share sensitive personal data without user consent, except where required by law.
