7. App Permissions
Our application may request the following permissions to ensure proper functionality and improve user experience:

Required to securely connect with our servers and synchronize CRM data.

Phone Call Permission (android.permission.CALL_PHONE):
Allows users to directly call leads or customers from inside the CRM app.
We do not store call recordings or call history.

Microphone (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO):
Used only for voice-related features such as voice notes or calling features when enabled by the user.
Audio is never recorded without user interaction or consent.

Notifications (android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS):

Used for call-related functionality to display important screens over the lock screen when necessary.

Boot Completed (android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED):
Allows the application to automatically restore essential services such as notifications,
reminders, or background sync after the device restarts.
Location (android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION):
Used to record the user's precise location during Check-In and Check-Out from customer or lead visit sites.
Location is captured only when the user manually performs a Check-In or Check-Out action and is never
tracked in the background without user interaction or consent.
Camera (android.permission.CAMERA):
Used to capture a selfie photo during Check-In and Check-Out to verify field agent presence at the visit location.
Photos are captured only upon user action and are securely stored as part of the CRM attendance record.
We do not access the camera without explicit user interaction.
We ensure that all permissions are used strictly for application functionality and user experience.
We do not sell, misuse, or share sensitive personal data without user consent,
except where required by law.
